Terms and Conditions – Up to Six Months’ Free Support

This Offer provides up to six months’ free support across selected WorkNest fixed-fee services.

These Terms and Conditions govern this Offer. By taking up the Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted them. Please retain a copy for your records.

The Promoter

The Promoter is WorkNest Limited, having its registered office at 20 Grosvenor Place, London, England, SW1X 7HN.
WorkNest Limited is part of the Axiom GRC group of companies.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the Offer are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Offer

1. The Offer provides up to an additional six months’ free support (“FOC Period”) when a qualifying contract is entered into.
2. To qualify for the Offer, new customers only must purchase one of the following:
   • A three-year or five-year contract for Fixed-fee Employment Law and HR Support; or
   • A three-year or five-year contract for Fixed-fee Health & Safety Support; or
   • A three-year or five-year combined contract for Fixed-fee Health & Safety Support and Fixed-fee Employment Law and HR Support.
3. This Offer is available exclusively to new customers of WorkNest Limited and companies within the Axiom GRC group.
4. Organisations taking up the Offer must employ fewer than 150 employees at the point of contract commencement.
5. Where a three-year contract is entered into, the maximum contract term may be extended by up to six months, to a maximum total term of 42 months.
6. Where a five-year contract is entered into, the maximum contract term may be extended by up to six months, to a maximum total term of 66 months.
7. No fees for support services will be payable during the FOC Period. Charges will commence from month seven of the contract term.
8. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and may only be redeemed once per customer.
   Early termination or opt-out rights are not available where this Offer has been applied.
9. Where Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI) is included:

• • No LEI or associated administration fees will be charged during the FOC Period; and
  • LEI premiums and administration fees will become chargeable from the end of the FOC Period and for the remainder of the contract term.

Exclusions

This Offer applies only to the services expressly listed above and does not extend to any other WorkNest or Axiom GRC products or services.

Changes to the Promotion

WorkNest reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Offer at any time without prior notice.

All decisions made by WorkNest in relation to this Offer are final.
